"Waste of time"

About: Spire Roding Hospital

Incompetent staff. Rude reception. Waited over 2 weeks for test results, which I was told would be back 2 days after my visit. Poor communication with the clinician.

Waititng time needs to be improved or at least some information given on the arrival.

I then received text messages sent by an unknown to me person, from a mobile number, which seems like a breach of confidentiality to me.

We would like to investigate this further, as we take all negative feedback very seriously.

In relation to the message you received, we do use a mobile text message system to confirm patient appointments, but you are welcome to ‘opt-out’ of this should you feel this service is unnecessary.
