"Bad service"

About: Hillingdon Hospital / Accident and emergency

Was to bring patient in when arrived put in a room after waiting for 2hrs then ignored even though we had to come in as soon as on same day when asked when a doctor will see as patient was on system to be seen soon told.its very busy. So much attitude in staff totally not frienly has changed alot over the years
