"Horrendous care"

About: Charing Cross Hospital / Neurosurgery

I have stayed on this ward a few times for long periods of time following neurosurgery I can say the neurosurgeon is great but the staff on the ward could not be more horrendous.

The nursing staff there are about 2 good ones but most are horrendous they don’t help they are rude, lacking medical knowledge and just ignore you. My health has declined because of them.

After an operation when I was brought to the ward from recovery I was attacked by another patients visitors while I was asleep and they didn’t even call security.

When I was being moved wards another time the nurse flung a suitcase on my operation scars 1 day after surgery.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with this ward.
