"Couldn’t have been treated any better"

One particular member of staff was amazing with continuity of care after we found our son would have complications following the 20wk anomaly scan. An amino was organised and we were under the screening midwifes who were fantastic , the staff member kept in contact with us at regular planned appointments to monitor the pregnancy throughout this was so reassuring to us.

The date of the elective section came and I was so nervous , M1 were fabulous all midwifes and staff, theatre staff amazing so professional, SCUBU also brilliant and the ANNP keeping us informed of our sons progress. CDS staff outstanding too and HDU monitoring midwifes and hca so kind to me. Back on M1 care was excellent again all midwifes caring and supportive and so busy yet cared for my needs . Special mention to four particular people on M1 who cared for me so well.

A great experience even though a stressful worrying delivery . Cannot thank the first staff member and maternity services enough

I work for the NHS and people are quick to complain but my care was outstanding and staff need to be commended thank you so much x
