Having visited ENT outpatients dept today with my daughter to discuss with the consultant about having her tonsils out, I feel positive feedback is important as NHS receives so much negative feedback .
On arrival was greeted by professional staff on the reception desk and as I took my seat was called within 10 mins and was seen by a very friendly consultant who was friendly and very informative about the procedure with a date booked.
I was in and out within 15 mins , you could not pay for better service !!!
