"Excellent care in the outpatient Endoscopy..."

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Clinical haematology

The receptions was efficient an customer friendly.

The initial nurse was informative and relaxed and he explained the next steps.

The doctor came to see me before and put me at ease . She explained the procedure and the risks involved making sure I understood what was being said.

The staff in the endoscopy room behaved with utter professionalism and care. Most of all the nurse who was with me whilst the camera examination was being performed was extremely encouraging and comforting . She put me at ease and was so gentle and caring beyond expectations. A true ambassador of the profession.

The doctor was vey professional but caring

Thank you for your feedback about the care you received during your recent Endoscopy appointment at Northwick Park Hospital.

It is very pleasing to read how well you were looked after from beginning to end and that all of the staff that you came into contact with treated you with care and comfort.

We will of course share your very kind words with the staff in the Endoscopy department who I am sure will be very heartened to hear that their good work has been recognised in such a way.
