nothing! I feel the neurology out patients dept needs a good shake up

What could be improved

firstly the waiting area is awful, the chairs tatty, carpets always seem dirty and every time i've had an appointment it's always almost been an hour late at least.

some of the staffs manners could also be improved when dealing with patients, I was spoken to like I was a child and felt like the dr didn't even seem bothered to listen to me about my epilepsy he was more concerned in giving me yet more pills without reading my notes properly.

Anything else?

patients with neurological conditions should be treated with the same dignity and manners as everyone else
