"I called the Beklin centre about my mental health."

I have been dealing with mental health problems and I rang 111 for advice and support. They gave me the number for the Beklin centre although it was the Kirklees department. They informed me that although they could not help me further, they would give me the number for the Leeds department. The woman on the phone couldn't find the number, so she informed me that she was going to ring every Beklin number until she found me the right number as she wanted to help me as much as she could. She gave me amazing support and made me feel so much better. She then called me back with the number so I rang the Leeds centre and they were just as amazing. I got a call back from a Mental Health Practitioner who was brilliant, she gave me amazing advice and support, she wrote to my GP to get me an appointment the next day as I informed her they were offering me an appointment a month away. She spoke to me for as long as I needed and listened to everything I had to say. She made me feel like I had options and I wasn't as alone and lost as I thought I was. I'm really grateful.
