(as a service user),

Hannah P. of the Mental health advocacy Support Cymru helped me so much to prepare for tribunal.

She even asked me how my illness affects me. She wrote a letter explaining my problems. So it could be given to tribunal people in case I couldn't speak.

I'm so grateful.

It would be good if advocates could accompany clients or patients to tribunal. Especially as some people find it hard to speak.

Thank you so much.

My money is going to be reinstated.

Thank you for your feedback on the Advocacy support you received. I will ensure this is shared with Hannah. Regarding your comments about Advocates accompanying clients to Tribunals, I appreciate your point of view and will raise this issue with the Managers.
