The team have been very welcoming to students and always offer to help where possible. I have had a warm reception and very proactive team members that have really helped me learn and develop. The team as a whole have a very strong positive and friendly dynamic whereby compassion and vigilance are always being practiced to deliver the best care for their service users. I felt that the staff were brilliant at building therapeutic relationships with the service users, making the environment feel homely and a good place to be.
