What I liked
I've been to the infirmary a few times in the past. Quite often there is a queue, but always the service is excellent. I returned yesterday (you'd think I'd learn, wouldn't you?) with a couple of bits of shrapnel in my eye that I acquired while drilling without using eye protection (don't do it, children!). I arrived at the front door at 20.37; registered; got triaged; saw the surgeon; got gently rebuked for my reliance on the intermittent efficiency of blinking as some sort of eye protection; had a local anaesthetic; had the foreign bodies removed; got a prescription, and left. In thirteen minutes! Outstanding. Not that I ever want to go back, of course...
"Superb service!"
