I was told in July 2010 that I needed urgent op. The premed was done there and then. To expect admission 6 to 8 wks later. Many phone calls, promises and excuses later I received a phone call to operate Christmas Eve. As a 35 year old mum of 3 I gave my own excuses but was assured this wasn't a problem that they would send date for January. I complained to my GP when I hadn't received anything, who was told definitely April 2011 and I'm still waiting! After reading comment left here I don't want them operating on me. Back to GP to be referred elsewhere.
