In all the debate about the NHS we sometimes overlook the routine things that the NHS does so well and we take for granted.
I received my invite letter for a cervical screening test on in mid April. I rang and got an appointment with the nurse for the following day and received my all clear letter on less than a month later - I make that just three weeks to get peace of mind for another three years - and all done with the upmost professionalism.
Well done NHS!
