What I liked

As always, the staff at Royal Free are very professional, caring, and did their best for my mother. We brought her in after she had complained of chest pains, she recently had a hip replacement operation, and we wanted to get her checked-out for any potential blood clots, or heart problems.

The NHS staff were very thorough, providing my mother with x-rays of her chest, legs, and hip, and doing blood work and an ECG. They thought it best to keep her in overnight for observation, she was provided with a bed in a ward very quickly, and was looked after very well by all concerned. The staff were lovely, couldn't have been friendlier or nicer, and did their utmost to make her stay as comfortable as possible.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff in the A&E department, and to those of Ward 8 East.
