(as a service user),

For some time now I have been going once a week to Strathcarron Hospice for relaxation therapies. I get a massage and do arts and crafts and get a lovely meal. I am also able to get medical treatment when I need it. All the staff are excellent, they cannot do enough for you.

I am picked up one a week at around 10:00 in the morning and returned home between 3 and 4 in the afternoon. The weekly sessions are great, I could not survive without them.

Thank you very much for such lovely feedback on our Day Care Service at Strathcarron Hospice and in particular, how much you benefit from coming every week. It sounds like all the different bits to Day Care come together so well for you and it all plays a vital part in helping you to manage living with your illness.
