About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

This morning I had to visit ENT, Cardiology and Bloods. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience from entering the car park to leaving again. The staff were quick, efficient and friendly - despite it being Monday morning, no one's favourite day! The departments were all busy and included a gentlemen who had to be escorted out of one department reception by Security staff. Even he was treated politely.

Being my first visit I must admit to getting lost several times and it does appear I was not alone in that respect so thank you to the volunteer guide who rescued me.

I have previously used Spire Havant but QA was equally good today.
