my husband is profoundly deaf and has been referred by his optician to opthalmology for a developing eye problem.
You have cancelled and rebooked his appointment five times now via letter.
I have rang up numerous times - you rarely answer.
Its ridiculous as he is a night shift worker - a nurse and I have explained to you how difficult it is for him to attend random appointments.
This is unacceptable as how is he suppose to make the appointment if you don't answer the phone.
In addition to this it will be costing the NHS money as I am sure you are not cancelling the interpreters.
Have you got any idea how important sight is to a profoundly deaf person?
Its a joke asking for what month he visited - you keep cancelling.
