"Cardiac Rehabilitation"

The cardiac rehabilitation classes were tailored to suit each individuals needs. For example I have a knee problem, so any exercises that may have affected my knee were amended to suit,

The staff were marvellous, caring, considerate and most supportive and this was the view of all on the course.

I also found the relaxation part of the class particularly helpful, after having had two stressful years caring for my mother.

I wish to thank the cardiac rehabilitation team for all they have done for me.
