What I liked
I went in to have an operation on my eye. On wednesday the 4th of may 2011.
I was really scared. But on my arrival, I was put at ease by the very competent and kind/friendly staff. It was in stages. The procedure.
Eye drops. Changing to gown . Taken to the theatre by caring staff.
Talked as to what they would do ie to prepare me for the op.
Even when I came around after the op. They were kind.
I cannot fault the hospital staff, I stayed in overnight in rotary suite
Everyone from the nursing staff right down to the people who gave me my breakfast and any meals after. Were very good indeed.
I am very pleased with the night staff, I didnt sleep a lot as a result of pain but they gave me medicine for that also- and copious amount of milk drinks during the night. So very patient indeed. I want to thank them all very much indeed. And that includes every one.
Anything else?
No I covered them all.
"Very happy indeed the way I was cared..."
