My young daughter had been suffering from earache and a laugh temperature whilst we were on holiday in Whitby. I rang 111 and was advised to take her to the hospital.
We arrived early on a Friday morning and were seen within a couple of minutes by the nurse. She thoroughly checked my daughter and had a lovely manner which put her at ease.
Great advice and put our minds at ease so we could carry on our holiday. Highly recommended
