"They always cheer me up"

I have been under the care of ent staff at victoria hospital for about 6 years. I have recurring cellulitis & otitis externa.

I would like to praise all the staff in ward 5 as they are so cheery and helpful, sometimes I have been in for a week or 2 and they always cheer me up; nothing is ever a bother to them, they treat everyone in the same kind cheery manner.

I know sometimes all you hear are negative stories when things go wrong, so I would like ward 5 recognised for their excellent service. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff they are all excellent.
