I went to a&e tonight with a hand injury, after being seen by the nurse was advised I needed further treatment and told the wait could be long.The nurse called around other hospitals and I went to wansbeck that led to me being seen and sorted within 50 min to try and see if I could be seen anywhere else quicker! Excellent service and example of going the extra mile from Cramlington,thank you.
