"Vile waste of time hospital."

About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

I had taken my child here thinking that they would be able to have a look over her and see what was wrong, yet all they did was say oh yes she has a high temperature and gave her some medicine I could of done this my self. No ears checked or anything! They was more interested in talking to each other then they was with the children in the place! Not happy at all waste of my journey!

I am sorry to read your comments and how unhappy you were left feeling, as I appreciate it would have been a worrying and anxious time for you, having brought your daughter to the hospital.

If you would be willing to provide further details such as your daughter’s name, address, date of birth and a contact number for you, as a Trust, we would welcome the opportunity to look into this matter further.
