I visited 27th December, 2016; and agree with the lady who was given an appointment but had to wait a long time.
I too was given an appointment but had to wait, nearly, 3 hours before being seen.
I, recently, had to visit M.I.U.
Even though I'd already been assessed by the Ambulance Service, still, had to wait nearly 3 hours to be seen (the waiting room had hardly any patients in it); only to go through, exactly, the same assessment.
The most uncomfortable part of the visit, though, was that I, somehow, felt as if I was being interrogated about my injury.
Every time I answered a question, the Medical Practitioner turned her nose up and pulled a face (I, obviously, wasn't giving the "right" answers).
A very strange, somewhat unnerving experience.
I've had to enter "don't know" below (where it's asked which department was visited), as the Minor Injuries Unit isn't listed!
"NOT GOOD"
