"Daycase urology procedure"

About: Pinehill Hospital

Overall a very smooth process, however post op I had to wait around an hour for pain medication despite chasing several times - luckily my partner was there to chase as my call bell wasn't working.

My details were also not checked with me when I was given my medication which at the time I thought nothing of, however looking back this seems fairly concerning.

Hygiene wise, there was what appeared to be dried blood on the handrail above my bed. As well as this, when removing my cannula the nurse did not wear gloves.

Apart from the above, I couldn't fault the friendliness of the staff and ease of the process overall.
