"Scope"

I recently attended this centre for a gastroscopy.

This is a potentially quite scary procedure for the layman!

However, I was really pleasantly surprised that the whole 40 minutes of checking in to being discharged was so smoothly and professionally done.

Everything was explained to me along the way, including an option to not have the procedure.

All the staff made me feel welcome and important and addressed the fact that I'm deafened.

The actual procedure was no big deal to be honest and I would highly reccommend this unit for anyone faced with either a gastroscopy or a colonoscopy.

I should add that even though I was over half an hour early, I was seen straight away and came out 5 minutes after my actual appointment.

How's that for service?
