"Physio was great!"

I recently had tendonitis in my knee. My doctor referred me to one of the physios at the hospital. The physio diagnosed the issue very quickly and then gave me exercises and advice about how to sort it. I saw her 3 times and she was able to progress the exercises each time to further improve the issue. The issue is now resolved and I am massively grateful for the physio's knowledge and guidance. As someone who works within the fitness industry I have dealt with a lot of physios in the pas can definitely say that this physio is one of the best I have come across.
