Went to have the stitches removed for two wounds and encountered a very rude nurse. No communications or at least greetings. No cleaning before operation. Pulled roughly at the stitches when started with the first wound, which caused it to be very painful and bleeding heavily. I complained and got a reply that "they stitched to tightly for you". I was curious what the stitches are for if they are not tight?
The second one was treated better after my complain, and no bleeding occurred. But the first one was really bad. She does not seem to think this was because of her mistake, just put a piece of dressing on and left even before I got up and put my clothes on.
A really bad experience which made me feel sad and worried about my wound all day. Out of respect, I would not list her name her. But please keep in mind there is a unprofessional and rude nurse whom you should always try to avoid.
