What I liked
Telephoned to make appointment as directed by GP. Telephone line busy and advised to book on line. Did as advised and guess what, no surprise followed instructions to the letter and wasn't able to make appointment. Now back to telephone. What happened to life being simple. Another time wasting exercise.
