"Doctor was fantastic - Breast Clinic"

Over the past two years i've had a lot of appointments at Lincoln Hospital, my opinion of the hospital has gone downhill as i've had a lot of bad experiences, however today I had an appointment at 9am at Lincoln Breast Services (Family History) clinic. The Doctor i saw was exceptional in my opinion and has certainly restored my faith in what i consider a bad hospital. I can not remember his name but he was lovely, friendly and completely professional. Although he was dedicated to the job he was doing, on questioning me about my past medical history and realising i was upset about not receiving my pathology report and the stresses i've had trying to get it from ENT, he was kind enough to print it off for me. He didn't have to do this for me and i am so grateful to him for this.

I was beginning to believe all Doctors were idiots and this has restored my faith in them.

With regard to my ongoing breast issues, i also feel reassured that i will get to the bottom of what is causing me so many problems. I really feel that this doctor is a credit to the hospital.

I only wish i could remember his name.
