"Marvellous treatment"

I was booked in to have a small lump removed from the corner of my eye. I arrived at 13.20 for a 13.50 appointment. The first impression is what a marvellous bright, modern and clean building. The reception staff were extremely polite and efficient as were the theatre staff - they were absolutely brilliant. Painless operation and actually out and on the way home by 14.10 - first class, in fact world class service.
