About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ophthalmology

The staff are wonderful but why, why, why are appointment waiting times so long! Minimum waiting time 1 hour and that’s on a good day! I have to take a valuable days annual leave for every appointment. It’s very frustrating.

Thank you for posting your feedback on here regarding our Ophthalmology services, I am pleased that the staff have always been wonderful to you and that you are happy with the care you receive.


I appreciate your frustration with the length of time you are having to wait for your appointment and will ensure that this is shared with the Management Team for the service so that they can look into any changes that can be made to reduce this for you and other patients.
