"Out patient x ray dept shortcomings"

I recently had to visit regarding complication with one of my knee replacements. I was asked to change into a gown in a booth which is in the public area of the x ray dept. Main failing was the bench in the booth, it is much too low for an adult with knee problems and removing my shoes was quite painfull as a result. The omission of a handrail is also an omission. As the x ray dept is most likely to be used by patients with mobility problems, this really is an oversight.
