I received excellent service from the surgery today. Rang up to get an appointment for my 5 year old Daughter, my call was answered straight away and I was given an appointment for the same day no problems at all. The receptionist was extremely helpful and accommodating and on arrival at the surgery I was met with a friendly smile and once again excellent service.
Some people need to realise that the front desk staff are most of the time the messenger.
If they have an issue take it up with the doctor not the poor staff who have to put up with abuse on a daily basis.
Great job girls keep it up!
