"Just wanted to say thank you."

Having transferred last year I have been very pleased with the service I have received. Not one to usually visit the dr, being pregnant and having a newborn I have found myself there more than usual. I have found the whole team to be helpful, the option for telephone appointments for advice with a baby have been great when a bit of reassurance was required. The nurse was great at our last visit in which she ended up dealing with 4 different things, I could tell she was very busy but she was very helpful and saved me having to come back for 2 more visits. Part of the app was for 4 seperate vaccinations on a 1 yr old which is traumatic for both baby and Mum. The way she organised it and advised me to support my baby meant it was done as quickly as possible and Baby was soon over the trauma. Yes it can be tricky at times to get an appointment but the same can be said for most drs I think as long as you have realistic expectations of nhs services in the current climate you would not be disappointed with this surgery.
