About: Guy's Hospital / Urology

Totally inept staff.

It's taken a year to see my doctor and still he has ignored me I was given another appointment in 6 months but he was unable to deal with the case, the doctor who was on holiday had not briefed the doctor.

Some staff seems unaware of patient history and unable to deal with basic paper work.

1 doctor asked me what my line of work was as I was asking question he thought I shouldn't asking or didn't know the answer to.

They avoid appointment if possible.

After clearing time with work they then don't bother to call or follow up.

It has been a totally frustrating couple of years and not only left me worse off but stressed and depressed.

Each visit is normally 30 to 2 hours late.

We are sorry to hear that after waiting so long to get an appointment, the doctor you saw did not seem to be aware of your medical history and you did not receive a follow up appointment. We would like to apologise for this and also the delays that you have experienced whilst you have been waiting in the clinic to be seen. We are concerned to hear this experience has left you feeling more stressed and depressed.
