"Hysteroscopy"

I visited the Gynaecology department 3 times. 1st on 23/11/2017 for a check up,scan and internal. The staff were lovely and efficient. 2nd appointment on 18/11/2017 for pre op checks again the staff caring and efficient. 3rd appointment was for my op on the 8/1/2019. Once again everyone showed empathy. My op was delayed quite a few hours because of the winter bed crisis. The staff were coping under very difficult circumstances. They also had to put up with some very rude people, they remained very professional. The staff are just marvellous and I hope they get to read this.I think they do a tremendous job.All staff pre op and post op made me feel cared for.
