What could be improved

1. The outcome from the complaint.

2.The insensitive and unnecessary comments made to not only myself but other people attending at the time.

3.The unprofessional manner of the waiting procedure basically waited in A and E for 4 hrs has a result of standing on a rake, was in absolute agony, the doctor who called me was ignorant, stressed, rude and frightening not only to myself but others due to this i was made to wait a further hour and half at which time i was told i had to go to the back of the list , so i asked for a dressing to cover the wound to enable me to return home , the receptionist said she was unable to supply this, i then requested a copy of the complaints policy/form to complete in which they didn't have, i was eventually given the form complaints matter but they didn't have a pen i was given a pencil?

4. resulting in no treatment that night needed to return the next day the wound did lead to further problems i ended up with a infection needing anti-bio tics and cellulites in my leg.

i cant write any more because it appalls me at the final outcome from all this basically his word against mine even though i had wittinesses to the whole thing that approached me that night to pass there details on has they too were astounded to the events.
