I had an appointment today at the outpatient team 2 ophthalmology, when we got there we were informed that it had been cancelled (no phone call but a letter received this same morning today which told us of another appt made for next week but didn't state today had been cancelled as of which we would have been unable to call previously to check of our appointment as we were first patients to be seen of the day today). We have had a days loss of earnings and had to pay parking and as well as paying petrol for an appt of which we could have been Informed of by phone call!
