"Wonderful Doctors"

The Doctors and nurses at the surgery are all wonderful. They listen fully and take every compliant seriously. They didn’t give up on me when I was being investigated for MS even though the specialists kept discharging me, and I genuinely feel I would not have been taken as seriously or treated so kindly in another practice. They were also always keen to check up on my general wellbeing if I ever went in with specific or unrelated issues. Receptionists don’t always accept any flexibility regarding appointments if perhaps work need are to be met and it’s a non-emergency appointment you need (ringing on the day for an appointment isn’t always realistic). I recently left as I moved address but was gutted to leave.
