"mind numbing!"

About: Ealing Hospital

What I liked

We went to the accident and Emergency section of the hospital. We were told to go to the outpatient facility.

We then waited over an hour, which is not a problem as that is expected. What is not acceptable is watching people who have "appointments" going in to see the doctors before us.

I am dumbfounded at the logic here! Why are there doctors treating both A&E patients and out patients? So you have only two doctors? Well then...one can be for the outpatients and one for the A&E! Or perhaps you might like to have more doctors on duty.

What could be improved

Seperate your patients and get doctors to treat them respectively.

Anything else?

Yes, when I chop my leg off in an accident, I will make sure I make an appointment!

PS. the staff have to deal with irate public like myself I would imagine on a daily basis. Do them a favour and sort out your business processes.
