"Can't even get through on the phone"

Terrible service in every way. You can't even get though on the phone with the automated system it doesn't matter what time you call or what option you press you will be on hold for ages just to book an appointment. Most doctors don't have any interest when you do see them. With the ahgressive receptionists and challenging visits I will avoid at all costs. Changing surgery now you can't ring up with ease.
