"I have no complaint whatsoever"

About: Mount Gould Hospital Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

Visited my GP in early with a small lesion on my right foot. Had a second opinion at the surgery and was told I would be referred to a special clinic at Mount Gould. I was advised that I would be contacted within 5 working days to arrange an appointment and received a letter from the surgery to this effect the following day.

I reveived a phone call from Sentinal to arrange an appointment for me to see a GP specialising in Dermatology.

I have no complaint whatsoever as the service I have received has to date been outstanding.
