"Unhappy with visit to Halewood walk in centre"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Halewood

(as a relative),

On arrival I waited 20 mins then saw a very helpful male triage nurse, then waited another 35-40 mins for my 12y old daughter who had a fever and about 12 mouth ulcers to be told that she needed a mouth spray called Difflam.

And despite arriving there at the opening time and only 3 other people being seen before her that the nurse had apparently run out of prescriptions and that i would have to go and buy it over the counter, this costing me £6.10.

How is this an NHS walk in centre?
