About: The Practice-Rushey Mead

I have been with this practice ever since I have moved to rushey mead since 2010 but unfortunately for the last year the service has been so poor its unbelievable. I had a blood test done in December and to even get an appointment for that was extremely hard! After my first blood test I was suppose to be called in within a week for the repeated one but they contracted me after a whole month for the repeated! When i ring up for my results the receptionists advised me that the doctor will give me a call for the telephone consultant but I didn't receive a call for three weeks so today i call the surgery and they tell me i was misinformed and it is actually up to me to book a telephone consultant with the doctor! I can never be able to get an appointment when i call and online appointments are three weeks.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service received.

We do offer telephone and face to face consultations with GP's to follow up patients regarding their test results if needed. To enable us to further improve our communication to patients please contact our Practice Manager in order that that we can investigate this further with you.
