"Surgery visit"

I have been experiencing severe shoulder pain on and off for months and was able to arrange a convenient appointment to have this assessed. The doctor was very helpful and decided to give a steroid injection and refer for physiotherapy. I was able to have the injection after a couple of days and have been referred for physio. I was extremely happy with the doctor's treatment. He had a really nice manner and put me at ease. At all times I was fully informed of what was happening and any possible after effects including being issued with appropriate leaflets. There is even a follow up call from the doctor to ensure all is well along with reassurance that I will be able to go back to the surgery should any problems arise - which is unlikely. The receptionists at this practice are well informed and helpful and in my experience have always been able to offer correct help and advice.
