I am not a person who goes to my GP very often. However after a stroke I did not have a choice. I made an appointment and the reception were very pleasant and helpfull. upon seeing my GP it was obvious she had reveiwed my records, this coupled with a very proffesional GP whom I found to be a very nice person and easy to talk to about my problem. The follow-ups were the same, which gave me a possitive feeling. I also had to visit the Nurse, and again very pleasant and proffesional.

I have today suffered side effects from the treatment I was given, so I asked for a telephone consultation, which I received within 2 hours, and again the GP was excellent, she new exactly what it was and gave me a choice of what to do. We agreed on a cource of action, she then put me through to reception who organised what was required. I would like to record my thanks to an excellent practice.
