What I liked

I received a prompt and efficient service, and all efforts were taken to ensure my comfort. The staff involved me in the decision-making at every stage, and I am currently making a swift recovery from what was an extremely painful injury.

I cannot thank you enough!

What could be improved

Bigger portions for patients who haven't eaten all day before surgery! On a more serious note, there is not much that could have been improved.

Anything else?

I waited several hours to be seen in A+E (what do we expect - it's free!), but at all times was kept informed and pain-controlled.
