I was previously a patient at Victoria Gate, I was very happy with the care I received there and always felt like they cared and wanted to treat you.
Since the merger the care has dropped of completely, It may have made financial sense to merge the 2 surgeries but it has cost patient care.
Very unhappy and dissatisfied patient.
