My husband was twice admitted to Wexham
Park Hospital. The first time was December 27th 2017 for a four day stay and then was re -admitted on
Tuesday 9th January and died Wednesday the 17th January .
He received the most high standard of care on both occasions, both from the Medical and nursing teams. He was treated with the utmost kindness, respect and dignity by the staff in A&E, ward 7,wards 10 and 11, and the Palliative care team.
As a retired SRN I was impressed by the excellent standard of nursing care given by both the qualified staff and the Health care assistants, long may it continue!
Please give my thanks to the staff involved ,and thank them on my behalf for the consideration and kindness they showed me.
"Excellent standard of care"
